In short

The site collects one piece of personal data: the email address you leave to hear when Todally launches. It’s used to write to you that day, then now and then with news about the app. You can unsubscribe at any time.

It also counts its visits, without cookies and without knowing who you are.

Data controller

Rayane Saboundji, sole trader, publisher of the site. Contact: privacy@todally.app

What is collected

Your email address, the page’s language (French or English), the date you signed up and the date you confirmed, and, if you sign up from a free organizer, that organizer’s name. Nothing else: no name, no cookies.

Visit counts: the site counts page views and the time spent on each, the campaign a visit came from (a link’s utm tags, like “instagram”) and a few actions (clicking in a part of the page or on a link, opening an organizer, ticking a task on it, picking a date on it, sharing it, signing up) with PostHog, hosted in the European Union, without cookies or anything stored in your browser. Your IP address and browser are only used to compute, at PostHog, an anonymous id that changes every day, to count visitors. The IP address is not kept and no country is worked out from it. PostHog records the kind of browser and device, and these counts are never linked to your email address.

Which tasks you tick and the date you pick on an organizer stay in your browser; the site only counts that a task was ticked or a date was picked, never which.

Purpose and legal basis

Writing to you the day Todally comes to the App Store, then now and then with news about the app. The legal basis is your consent, given by sending the form and then confirming your address from the email you receive. You can withdraw it at any time, in one click from any email or by writing to privacy@todally.app.

How long it’s kept

An unconfirmed address is deleted 30 days after the last confirmation email. A confirmed address is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe, and at the latest 3 years after your last contact with us.

Service providers

The site, the list and the confirmation email go through Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database, sending). To keep out bots, Cloudflare Turnstile briefly checks your browser when you send the form.

Visit counts go through PostHog, Inc. (PostHog Cloud, European Union region).

Cloudflare may process this data in the United States. It takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can see your address, correct it or have it deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@todally.app.

If you think your rights aren’t respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: https://www.cnil.fr
